
Carl James Michalski, 10-month-old son of Thomas Meidam and Hannah Michalski, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Carl was born three months premature in Neenah on May 12, 2018. He was a very happy baby who warmed the hearts of others with his loveable smile and constant “talking.”
Carl is survived by his parents, Thomas Meidam and Hannah Michalski, of Marion; his twin brother, Jackson Michalski; maternal grandmother, Margaret (Jim Inderdahl) Michalski, of Tilleda; paternal grandparents, Jim (Lori Peters) Meidam, of Little Chute, and Valerie (John) Brunner, of Westboro; great-grandparents, Wesley (Diana) Tucker, Pat Meidam, and Sharon Michalski; aunts and uncles, Gregory (Kate) Ghent, Johnathon (fiancé Anna) Michalski, Deidra Hanson, Cassidy Brunner, Amber (Aaron) Zschaechner, Anthony (Stephanie) Springstroh and Andrew Springstroh. He is further survived by numerous other relatives and friends of the family.
Carl is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Carl Michalski; and great-grandparents, Harry Michalski and LeeAnn Ghent.
Funeral services will be held at Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home, 251 S. Cecil St. in Bonduel, on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at 6 p.m. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Embarrass. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, from 4 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
