Dian L. Cook, 69, of Shawano, passed away peacefully on Friday morning, May 12, 2017, in Shawano.
Dian was born on June 27, 1947, in Springfield, Illinois, a daughter of Donaldeen (nee Armstrong) Robinson and the late Rodney Robinson. She grew up in Springfield and moved to Shawano in 1979. Dian had been employed as a driver for the Shawano City Cab and later worked at the Menominee casino, retiring in 2010. She loved to play bingo and also enjoyed playing the slot machines at the casino.
Dian adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her two daughters, Janna Glenn, of Shawano, and Dawn (special friend, Brian Seger) Fagg, of Green Bay; two stepsons, Troy (Elly) Glenn and James (Mindy) Glenn Jr., both of Springfield, Illinois; her mother, Donaldeen Robinson, of Shawano; 10 grandchildren, Marrissa (Joe) Dallmann, Andrew (special friend, Samantha) Cook, David Thompson, Thomas Smits, Christina Seger, Matthew Seger, Katheryn Glenn, Marc Glenn, Keary Glenn and Brittany Glenn; two great-grandchildren, Kailyn Dallmann and Morgan Dallmann; and her brother, Butch Fagg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Cook, and her father, Rodney Robinson.
A memorial service for Dian L. Cook will be announced at a later date.
