Obituary in Dorothy Y. Miller’s own words:
I was born April 27, 19xx, in Shawano to Louis and Eleanor Runge, and raised by Joe and Louise Long on a farm outside of Wittenberg.
I was blessed with two children, Lisa (Scott) Wollenberg and David Miller, and three beautiful grandchildren, Benjamin, Travis and Mckenzie, who have all brought me joy, love, laughter and happiness.
I leave behind two brothers, Louie (JoAnn) Runge and Bill (Diane) Runge, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, many who hold a special place in my heart.
Was preceded in death by my two sisters, Emily Spindler and Betty Zindler.
Although having cancer was difficult, it allowed me to spend extra time to be with my family to reflect, laugh, cry together and be with the people I love. My wish and hope is for everyone to remember the good times we all had together over the years.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017, at Ascension Lutheran Church in Navarino with the Rev. Marsha Sabin officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
She lived and laughed. She loved and left. … Until we meet again.
