
Karen Henrietta Heller, 65, of Crivitz, passed away on Oct. 16, 2016. Born on Feb. 4, 1951, in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Przekurat) Scheer.
Karen grew up in Chicago and at the age of 17 moved to Pulaski, where she graduated from Pulaski High School.
On Nov. 13, 1971, Karen was united in marriage to Michael Heller in Bonduel. She and Mike enjoyed traveling together. Some of her favorite trips took her to Disney, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and Graceland. More than anything she loved being a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family.
Karen is survived by her husband of nearly 45 years, Mike; three daughters, Michelle Radtke, of Wyoming, Jennifer Heller, of Pulaski, and Jamie (Trent) Pluister, of Seymour; eight grandchildren, Carlos, Robert, Logan, Alison, Samantha, T.J., Grace and Faith; two great-grandchildren, Carlos Jr. and Meah; her sister, Rosie (Andy) Mogged, of Green Bay; brothers, Bernie (Jackie) Scheer, of Oneida, and Chester (Connie) Scheer, of Minnesota; stepsiblings, Carol (Robert) Henning, of Illinois, and David (Non) Scheer, of Florida. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services for Karen will be held at the Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel on Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. and the funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Dan Nault officiating.
