Judith Ann Martin, 71, of Oshkosh, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2016, in Oshkosh.
Judith was born in Shawano on Dec. 11, 1944, the daughter of the late Lawrence Russell and Marilyn (Steglider) Losee.
Judith was united in marriage to Peter A. Martin Sr. He preceded her in death in 1995.
Judith helped people in any way she could. She loved children and opened her home to foster children for 12 years on the Menominee Reservation.
Judith is survived by two children, Anthony M. Russell, of Stanley, and Karmella K. Kitson, of Oshkosh; two grandchildren, Jamie and Lacy Russell; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Peter, and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2016, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. David Barrett officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
