Stewart J. “Kosa” Boyles, 58, of Shawano, passed away on Thursday, April 26, 2018, in Shawano. Stewart was born in Keshena on July 7, 1959, the son of the late Roy Richmond and the late Ida Marie Caldwell. He lived most of his life in the Keshena area. Stewart enjoyed going to the casino and attending powwows. He loved fishing and walking in the woods and was a Packers fan.
Stewart is survived by his daughter, Ida Marie Boyles, of Georgia; granddaughter, Lucy; his significant other, Annie Maulson; two stepsons, Christopher and Mitchell Maulson; siblings, George (Lucy) Boyles, Nalonee (Roger Ventrice) Boyles, Marilyn Wilson, Fran Shawanomitta, Elizabeth (Byron Thundercloud) Shawanomitta, Pete Shawanomitta, Catherine Shawanomitta, Darren Hawpetoss and Harold (H.B.) Dick. He is further survived by his favorite cousin, Carol (J.R. Gignon) Webster; his special cousins, Harold and Clifford LaRock; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Richmond; mother, Ida Marie Caldwell; two brothers, Leland and John; and one sister, Marilyn.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the Webster residence, N6476 Lake Drive, Shawano. Visitation began at the Webster residence at 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2018, and continues until the time of the services.
