
Russell Conjurski, 69, of Keshena, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016.
Russell Peter Conjurski was born in Manitowoc on May 30, 1946, son of the late Clarence and Marceil (Parworph) Conjurski Sr. After graduating from high school, Russell served his country honorably as a United States Marine in the Vietnam Conflict. He went on to work for Boeing Airplane Co. in Seattle, Washington. While living in Seattle, Russell was united in marriage to Shelley Pyawasay.
In his free time Russell enjoyed cooking, painting, flying remote-controlled airplanes and especially fishing.
Russell is survived by his wife of 40 years, Shelley; siblings, Carmen Olson, of Indiana, Gale Pechinski, of Manitowoc, Clarence Conjurski Jr., of Manitowoc, and Scott House, of Florida. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Russell will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with the Rev. Ted Andrada officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Shawano AMVETS. Visitation will be held at the Conjurski residence, N897 Kenote Road, Keshena, beginning at 3 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2016, and continuing until 8 a.m. Wednesday. Additional visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
